Follow-up items already called out in the design doc once built:

No Ansible task yet to roll the 99-apt-cacher-ng.conf apt config out to the 5 Proxmox nodes automatically -- manual for now.
Initial cache is empty after first deploy; first apt update/upgrade across the fleet primes it, no separate action needed.

docs/apt-cacher-ng-design.md has a revised, validated design (single instance, CephFS bind-mounts for cache+config, port 3142, following the same pattern as Forgejo/Nextcloud/SearXNG) but no stack file or directory has actually been built yet -- design only.
