AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md had drifted apart (different content, both missing ccnet-forgejo-tasks/, proxmox-nag-disable/, and docs/apt-cacher-ng-design.md). Replace AGENTS.md with a symlink to CLAUDE.md so they can't diverge again, add the three missing pieces to CLAUDE.md's map of the repo, rename ccnet-service_onboard/ to ccnet-service-onboard/ for naming consistency with every other ccnet-* dir, and drop the empty placeholder file that's sat at the root since the initial commit.
