docs/homelab-architecture.md is materially wrong about the Unraid host Aegis as of 2026-08-27 (found while scoping the *arr media stack). Live state now:

  • Host hardware changed: Dell Precision Tower 5810, Xeon E5-1620 v3 (4c/8t), 128 GB DDR4, Unraid 7.3.2, kernel 6.18. Doc describes different hardware.
  • Array shrank: now 1 parity + 3 data 4 TB drives (~10.79 TB total, ~5.79 TB free), easily expandable. Doc says 2 parity + 11 data / 32.6 TB.
  • Cache pool: 4x 480 GB enterprise SATA SSD (PLP), ZFS, 2 mirror vdevs (~960 GB usable).
  • Boot-SSD pool: 2x Samsung 860 PRO 256 GB, ZFS mirror, 64 GB/disk reserved for Unraid boot.
  • Backup pool: a ZFS RAIDZ2 pool is online.
  • Shares: new dvr share (Viseron); nextcloud-data / nextcloud-data-test gone; unraid-sas-shelf-bench present.
  • Containers: new Palworld game server (ich777 steamcmd); navidrome/dockge still dead; Jellyfin on :latest, Lidarr on :nightly.
  • Jellyfin GPU passthrough still unverified (NVIDIA env vars set, no passthrough observed) - confirm during audit.

Consider running the doc-drift-reviewer / /doc-check after the raw audit.

The re-audit landed on main in commit ffead3e ("homelab-arch + ccnet-unraid-services: re-audit Aegis layout (2026-09-02)") — docs/homelab-architecture.md's storage section was rewritten from a live SSH audit and ccnet-unraid-services/README.md was refreshed. Coverage vs this issue:
