Restructures CLAUDE.md for conciseness. No facts dropped — every gotcha, decision, and command is retained, just compressed and de-duplicated.

  • Adds a Map section: one line per top-level piece, grouped by kind (swarm stacks / playbooks / CLIs / host scripts / docs), replacing the long prose bullet list that restated each README's summary.
  • Adds a Cross-cutting conventions section hoisting the rules that were repeated near-verbatim across all four stack sections — CephFS bind-mounts + NVMe pinning, Swarm secrets, placement/role reasoning, single-replica-per-single-writer, exact image tags, traffic path, the internal-only ACME cert gap. Per-stack sections now carry only their own deviations.
  • States up front that each directory's README owns the full runbook, so the per-directory notes can stay short.
  • Adds ccnet-mcp-agents/ to the map — the directory exists and has a README but was missing from the tracked-pieces list entirely.

Verified: every tracked top-level directory is still referenced.

Restructures CLAUDE.md for conciseness. No facts dropped — every gotcha, decision, and command is retained, just compressed and de-duplicated. - Adds a **Map** section: one line per top-level piece, grouped by kind (swarm stacks / playbooks / CLIs / host scripts / docs), replacing the long prose bullet list that restated each README's summary. - Adds a **Cross-cutting conventions** section hoisting the rules that were repeated near-verbatim across all four stack sections — CephFS bind-mounts + NVMe pinning, Swarm secrets, placement/role reasoning, single-replica-per-single-writer, exact image tags, traffic path, the internal-only ACME cert gap. Verified: every tracked top-level directory is still referenced.
Hoists conventions repeated across all four stack sections (CephFS
bind-mounts, Swarm secrets, placement reasoning, single-writer replicas,
image pinning, internal-only ACME certs) into one cross-cutting section,
and replaces the prose inventory with a grouped map. Per-directory notes
now carry only what their own README doesn't own.

No facts dropped. Also adds ccnet-mcp-agents/, which existed with a
README but was missing from the tracked-pieces list.
