Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
ccnet-wi-pbs pull-replicates the main site's PBS backups nightly (see docs/ccnet-wi-site.md), and # will add a borg replica too — real recoverability value exists at this site, but there's no written procedure for actually using it in a DR scenario (main site down or destroyed).
Scope: a short guide covering how to reach the WI PBS replica and restore a VM/CT from it onto new/replacement hardware, plus (once the borg target exists) how to restore CephFS data from the borg copy here. Likely a new docs/ file, or a section appended to docs/ccnet-wi-site.md.
Related: docs/ccnet-wi-site.md, docs/shutdown-procedure.md (similar 'reference doc for an emergency' style).
